Payment Options:
Although dental insurance is rapidly playing a greater role in helping
people to obtain better dental care, it is not meant to be a "pay-all;"
that's why we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Med-Cash.
We understand that medical costs can sometimes become a burden.
Although you are responsible for all charges incurred, if you are
unable to pay at the time of your visit, please make financial arrangements
with us prior to your appointment. We're willing to work with you
to set up a payment plan, so talk to us.
Incidentally, when extensive treatment is recommended, most insurance
companies require a pretreatment estimate. We'll be happy to supply
the necessary information. And, if you're covered by dental insurance
please complete your form and bring it with you. We'll be happy
to file your claim for you.
